• Nick Stillwell

    OREGEN Technologies (OT) is an environmental technology company formed specifically to commercialise the patented waste recycling intellectual property of Nick Stillwell, founder of Protomax/Stormboard. Nick has been designing high-tech plastic recycling technologies and machinery for over 10 years and is the inventor of the P2 process, the technology behind the OREGEN 01. Nick will join OT as Chief Technology Officer and designer.

  • Jolyon Klean

    Nick is joined by Jolyon Klean, head of Environment and Founder of OT. Jolyon has spent the last 6 years building awareness for the product and technology within the Global ESG complex. After winning an Audi Environmental Scholarship his powerful advocacy for the product led him to be shortlisted for the Final of The Earthshot prize in 2021 and environmental organisations across the globe know our products and are primed for their launch.

  • Phillip Hylander

    Phillip Hylander is our CEO. After a long career in investment banking, and ten years as a Partner at Goldman Sachs, Phillip stepped back to focus on family and creative enterprises and returns to oversee the acquisition of assets and set strategy and culture for the new company, uniting the practicalities of commercialising Nick’s I.P. with the larger mission of contributing to the creation of a global platform delivering a waste free world.

  • Julian Rivera

    Julian Rivera will take the role of CFO and co-founder, leading financial strategy and ensuring OT’s unit economics are maintained as the business scales. Previously, Julian was a Director of Private Equity at AnaCap Financial Partners, where he was responsible for AnaCap’s financial technology investments across the UK and Europe.

  • Damian Soning

    Completing the senior team is co-founder Damian Soning who brings a lifetime of deep and wide ranging experience and relationships in the real estate and construction industry. He will build engagement at the most senior levels within the Industry in the UK and then into the MENA region where we see enormous demand.

  • Dominic Reed

    Dominic Reed will serve as a non-executive Board member. Dominic has more than 20 years experience investing in SME early stage growth businesses. He currently heads UFG’s Private Equity business having joined the fund in 2007 following a career in the cable TV and telecoms industry. He is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur and brings a wealth of operational experience across a wide range of industries and geographies.
